What You’ll Do

• Leadpremium bath and shower installations from start to finish
• Mentor and train Apprentice Installers
• Deliver high-quality, watertight installations that exceed customer expectations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards
• Communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners
• Work closely with Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure projectsuccess

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring installation crews
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

At MODERenovation, we reward performance and leadership. As a Lead Installer, you’llhave the opportunity to earn between $120,000 and $160,000 per year while helping develop the next generation of installers and contributing to thegrowth of a rapidly expanding company.

Schedule

Full-time,Monday–Friday (with occasional weekend flexibility)
