We are looking for someone who understands the technical side of water mitigation, can confidently manage projects in the field, communicates professionally with customers, and takes ownership of their work from initial response through completion.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can run projects independently while following CCR’s established processes, documentation standards, safety requirements, and insurance carrier guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to residential and commercial water-loss projects throughout our service area.

- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives, CCR team members, and other project stakeholders.
- Obtain required customer authorizations, work documentation, signatures, and project paperwork.
- Evaluate water losses and establish appropriate mitigation and drying procedures in accordance with IICRC S500 standards and CCR procedures.
- Set up appropriate drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filtration/air scrubbers, and other specialty equipment.
- Establish containments, dust protection, floor protection, and other site protections as required.
- Perform selective demolition and removal of affected materials when necessary.
- Perform moisture mapping and daily monitoring throughout the drying process.
- Complete accurate drying logs, moisture readings, photographs, job notes, equipment logs, scopes, and supporting documentation for each project.
- Provide complete and accurate field documentation to management for estimating, billing, carrier compliance, and project oversight.
- Load, transport, set up, monitor, clean, maintain, and remove mitigation equipment.
- Properly track and organize all company equipment assigned to projects.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites and company vehicles.
- Follow OSHA requirements, PPE protocols, containment procedures, and CCR safety policies.
- Identify potential microbial growth, asbestos/lead concerns, unsafe conditions, or other issues requiring escalation before proceeding with work.
- Coordinate effectively with CCR’s reconstruction and management teams to create a smooth transition from mitigation through repairs.
- Strong understanding of IICRC water-damage restoration principles and structural drying
- Experience performing moisture inspections, demolition, equipment setup, monitoring, and drying documentation
- Ability to independently manage field responsibilities and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers in stressful water-loss situations
- Ability to use mobile applications and digital documentation systems for photographs, notes, moisture readings, and project documentation
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements associated with mitigation and demolition work
Additional IICRC certifications are strongly preferred, including:

- Additional IICRC certifications related to water, microbial remediation, contents, fire/smoke, or restoration
- Experience working on insurance-related water losses
- Experience with preferred-vendor or insurance carrier programs
- Experience with estimating/documentation platforms used within the restoration industry
Technical knowledge matters, but ownership, professionalism, and customer service are equally important at CCR.
- Takes ownership of projects rather than waiting to be told what to do next.
- Recognizes problems and communicates them before they become larger problems.
- Understands that documentation is part of the job—not something completed as an afterthought.
- Treats customers’ homes and businesses…
