Service Technician - Avana Springs

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections and creating punch lists;
Follows procedures to access materials from the maintenance department and tracks inventory and re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests in a timely, accurate manner;
Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed
