Job Description & How to Apply Below
Picture your day. You review your route, confirm inventory on your truck, and head to a residential call where the water heater has finally given up. You assess the situation, walk the homeowner through tailored options—gas, electric, or tankless—close the job with confidence, and complete a clean, code-compliant install. Afterward, you review your call with AI-powered coaching tools, sharpening your consultative approach for the next visit.
In the afternoon, you’re on-site at a small business, diagnosing performance issues, recommending an upgrade, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure a same-day solution. Some days run long—hot water emergencies don’t keep regular hours—but the impact you make and the commissions you earn make it worth it.
