This is not an unpaid internship. This is a paid career opportunity where you earn whilelearning a high-demand trade with a clear path to sixfigures.

• Learn to installpremium bath and shower systems
• Work alongside experienced installers and project managers
• Deliver high-quality, watertight installations
• Maintain clean,organized job sites
• Provide professional, friendly communication with homeowners

• Strong work ethicand reliability
• Hands-on mindset(you enjoy working with tools)
• Basic mechanical aptitude (reading a tape measure, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’slicense & ability to pass a background check
