Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (based on experience) + Prevailing wage
Lead Your Own Crew in Specialty Surfacing
Are you an experienced surfacing professional ready to take the lead? We're seeking a skilled Lead Installer Foreman to oversee job site operations, lead a dedicated crew, and help deliver high-quality rubber surfacing installations across multiple project locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and mentoring others

- Lead, mentor, and support a crew of installers while maintaining a productive and safe work environment
- Oversee daily job site activities, including material offloading, staging, and site preparation
- Perform and supervise specialty surfacing installations from start to finish
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project drawings
- Take accurate measurements and execute graphic layouts for surfacing designs
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure projects meet company and customer expectations
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and successful outcomes
- Enforce all safety protocols and company procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience as an Installer Foreman, Lead Installer, or similar construction leadership role
- Strong hands-on troweling experience in construction, surfacing, concrete, or related trades
- Proficiency with GoCanvas and Company Cam
- Ability to read construction drawings and perform accurate layout work
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
This position requires regular travel to project sites throughout California, Washington, Utah, Texas, and other project locations as needed. Travel may include:
- Driving to regional job sites
- Air travel for longer-distance projects
- Occasional overnight stays based on project schedules and location
- Extended assignments away from home when required
Travel plans are communicated in advance whenever possible, and eligible travel assignments include per diem support.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, noisy, and physically demanding construction environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing tasks that include:
- Bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling
- Repetitive physical movements throughout the workday
- Working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing 55+ pounds
