Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the construction and building materials industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Monday to Friday*
* + 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

+ 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Review regular orders and pick lists, utilizing forklift to gather materials throughout the warehouse and assemble in staging lanes.

+ Maintain safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment.

+ Perform housekeeping duties by keeping aisles and rack locations free of debris and empty pallets.

+ Conduct pre-shift and post-shift forklift inspections, reporting any necessary repairs.

+ Assist with inventory audits, product counts, and logging to support accurate stock management.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to operate forklift safely and efficiently.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting directions and order details.

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Physical ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, stand for 80% of the day, and perform twisting, bending, squatting, climbing, or crawling as needed.
