TERMINAX is a fast‑growing international company specializing in automotive film products, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), window tint, and related automotive solutions.
We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Specialist to support the establishment and daily operations of our West Coast warehouse located in Corona, CA.
This role will be responsible for inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics coordination, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced international environment while acting as a key connection between our U.S. team and headquarters in China.
Position OverviewThe Warehouse Operations Specialist will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient product handling, and smooth shipment operations.
This is a hands‑on role suitable for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up and taking ownership of warehouse operations in a growing international company.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment needs with headquarters and suppliers
- Establish and improve warehouse processes, SOPs, and inventory control procedures
- Ensure proper product labeling, organization, and warehouse safety standards
- Manage warehouse space utilization and optimize storage efficiency
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across Europe
- Prepare and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Work with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers to arrange shipments
- Track shipment status and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Support import/export documentation and customs-related coordination
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Act as the communication bridge between the U.S. warehouses and China headquarters
- Communicate inventory updates, shipment status, and operational issues with HQ teams
- Support the implementation of global warehouse processes and systems
- Provide operational feedback to improve supply chain efficiency
- Maintain warehouse documentation, inventory reports, and operational records
- Support warehouse‑related purchasing, vendor coordination, and expense management
- Assist with warehouse setup and operational improvements during company growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or related fields preferred
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain roles
- Hands‑on experience with inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast‑growing environment
- Experience building processes from scratch is highly preferred
