San Diego, CA Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Deliver Initial Qualification Training IQT curriculum in accordance with established training standards, operational requirements, and contract objectives.
* Assess performance through validated evaluation tools and provide constructive feedback to support learner success.
* Compile, track, and maintain accurate training data, including attendance records, assessment results, and performance metrics.
* Generate timely and accurate training reports for internal stakeholders and program leadership.
* Review, validate, and refine assessment materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving mission needs.
* Update course materials and lesson content to reflect new equipment, procedural changes, or updated operational requirements.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of IQT programs. Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands-on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian-equivalent Instructor.
* Completed and current Basic Life Support (BLS- AED and CPR).
* Fully understands CNSWCINST 1500.1A NSW High Risk Training Safety.
