OverviewThis role supports the delivery, assessment, and reporting of IQT programs that align with operational objectives. The instructor will deliver curriculum, validate and refine assessment materials, compile training data, and ensure accurate attendance tracking. This role includes generating training reports, updating course content to reflect new equipment, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of training initiatives. Personnel assigned to this position must possess and maintain a verifiable active Secret clearance throughout the period of performance.
Security Requirement- Active Secret and/or TS/SCI clearance.
- Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of Initial Qualification Training (IQT) programs that align with operational objectives.
- Instruct, design, and validate curricula, coordinate logistical requirements, and ensure seamless execution of training activities.
- Analyze training outcomes, recommend improvements, and contribute to mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver customized training courses for various UxS platforms and roles (operator, maintainer, payload specialist, mission commander.
- Deliver course curricula, training materials (manuals, presentations, simulations), and assessment tools.
- Conduct classroom and hands‑on training sessions. Deliverables:
Training reports, student attendance records, and assessment results. - Provide training to Government personnel to enable them to deliver training independently.
- Support the development and administration of certification programs for UxS personnel.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands‑on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian‑equivalent Instructor.
- Completed and current Basic Life Support AED and CPR.
- Full understanding of Naval Special Warfare Command instruction 1500.1A, High Risk Training Safety.
- If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
