Uncrewed Systems Initial Qualification Training Instructor

• Support the development, delivery, and evaluation of Initial Qualification Training (IQT) programs that align with operational objectives.
• Instruct, design, and validate curricula, coordinate logistical requirements, and ensure seamless execution of training activities.
• Analyze training outcomes, recommend improvements, and contribute to mission readiness and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver customized training courses for various UxS platforms and roles (operator, maintainer, payload specialist, mission commander).
• Deliver course curricula, training materials (manuals, presentations, simulations), and assessment tools.
• Conduct classroom and hands‑on training sessions.
• Generate training reports, student attendance records, and assessment results.
• Provide training to Government personnel to enable them to deliver training independently.
• Support the development and administration of certification programs for UxS personnel.

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering hands‑on training with UxS platforms as a designated Military or Civilian‑equivalent Instructor.
• Completed and current Basic Life Support AED and CPR.
• Full understanding of Naval Special Warfare Command instruction 1500.1A, High Risk Training Safety.
• If applicants are previous military personnel, they shall have received an honorable discharge from military service and have never lost applied specialization during military career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Security Requirement:
  Active Secret clearance maintained throughout the period of performance.
