Special Education Teacher – School-Based Contract

Coronado and coastal San Diego, California ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in Coronado and coastal San Diego. This is an opportunity to do meaningful work without losing sight of the life you want outside of work. Imagine finishing the school day steps from one of Southern California's most iconic coastal settings, with beaches, bay views, and downtown San Diego close by.

You'll also have the chance to create the kind of classroom where students feel understood, capable, and genuinely excited to make progress.

What you'll do:

• Deliver individualized, standards-aligned instruction based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs while maintaining required documentation and timelines.
• Use differentiated instruction, positive behavior supports, and data to guide student growth.
• Partner with general education teachers, related-service providers, families, and school teams.
