Required Skills & Experience- 4 years of experience with Military aircraft maintenance
- Experience working on pneumatics, hydraulics, engines, or avionics.
- Experience with rotorcrafts or V22
- Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR)
- Airframe and Power plant (A&P) license
Insight Global is hiring an Aircraft Modification Specialist to support our client in North Island, Coronado, CA. The individual will be focused on general mechanical support for V22. They will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and modifying aerospace systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading components to address failures or implement design changes. They will oversee the assembly, disassembly, or overhaul of systems, configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment, and troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and repair faults.
Additional responsibilities include performing validation and verification testing of systems and components, documenting procedures and processes to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards, inspecting components, and verifying repairs to meet flight worthiness requirements.
