Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing training and safety programs, specifically high-risk safety programs (e.g., live-fire, demolition, air, dive); and applying Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Risk Control System principles to identify and mitigate hazards in a high-risk training environment;

and developing, planning, organizing, administering, and evaluating policy, instruction within High-Risk Training Safety (HRTS) program requirements.
