Cashier Specific (90%):

Records all aspects of guest order accurately and enters into computer

Prepares and presents accurate and complete guest check

Collects monies due or applies charges to credit card or guest account using POS terminal

Completes end of shift revenue report and cash deposit

Handles all transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures

Assumes responsibility for accuracy of bank and cash deposits, and performs all cash handling activities in accordance with hotel cashiering policies

Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas

Inspects and prepares all service ware prior to use Maintains current knowledge of all menu offerings, to include ingredients, preparation method, presentation, appearance and time required

Greets guests in a polite professional manner according to Loews standards

Suggestively sells menu items to guest so as to enhance the dining experience

Inspects presentation of all food items to ensure a quality product is delivered to the guest as…
