Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Participate in the process to create Club structure and Club documents, including Membership Plan, Rules and Regulations, Applications and all other necessary documents
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies
• Maintain Sales Database
• Define local, regional and national target markets for prospective members
• Create and maintain Club collateral
• Review documents, pricing, existing sales and marketing strategies
• Analysis and management of prospective membership demographics, prospects lists and rejection list.
• Plan, organize and implement prospective member events
• Create and maintain comprehensive member Club communications coordinate member activities, programs and publication of member newsletter
• Maintain website in collaboration with the resort marketing office.
• Act as membership liaison to the Resort Executive Committee
• Establish Advisory Board, Polls and comprehensive quarterly reports pertaining to the needs of the membership
• Assist and direct in new member orientation
• Resolve member issues
• Establish and track members’ spending statistics
• Define Club organizational chart and job descriptions
• Supervise and manage the Club Sales Manager, Club Service Coordinator, Club Concierge and assist CFO in management of Member Billing Coordinator.
• Develop Club policies and procedures including S.O.P’s training tools for the Club team
• Attend New Hire Team Member Orientations to introduce your functions
