Position: UxS Data Analyst SME with Security Clearance

San Diego, CA Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Track, analyze, and report operational data from the Catalog Online Tracking System (COLTS) and Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (SHARP).
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all operational data inputs and outputs.
* Validate and reconcile system data, proactively addressing discrepancies or errors.
* Maintain and update operational documents, workflows, and reference materials to reflect current processes and standards.
* Identify performance trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process optimization.
* Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency, system performance, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
* Support the development of metrics, dashboards, and reports used for contract oversight and operational reviews. Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience supporting operational missions involving uncrewed systems.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting.
* Familiarity with data analysis techniques and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Python, R, Tableau).
* Ability to visualize and present data effectively.
* Understanding of airspace regulations and procedures.
* Familiarity with FAA regulations pertaining to UAS operations.
* FAA Part 107 certification (for UAS operations) or the ability to obtain it with 6 months of Task Order start.
