We are a family-owned golf equipment company with more than 30 years in the industry, specializing in premium custom-fit golf equipment sold through highly skilled professional clubfitters and builders around the world.

We are now expanding in San Diego and preparing to substantially increase KZG's marketing presence in the U.S. and internationally.This is not simply a social-media job.We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help build a brand, create new marketing programs, develop an audience and grow with the company.For the right person, this could become a very big position.

You Could Be a Recent Graduate We are absolutely open to an exceptional recent marketing graduate who is bright, creative, technologically savvy, full of ideas and ready to run with an opportunity.

You don't need 10 years of experience if you can show us that you understand today's marketing world and know how to capture people's attention.

Maybe you've been creating videos, growing social-media accounts, experimenting with AI, following influencers, studying digital advertising or developing your own projects while you were in school.
We care much more about what you can do and how you think than how many years you've been doing it.For an ambitious young marketer, this is a chance to do much more than become another junior employee in a large marketing department.

You could have the opportunity to make your mark, help grow an established international golf brand and potentially make a name for yourself in the golf industry.What You'll Help Build You will help develop and execute KZG's marketing strategy across:

• Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and emerging social platforms
• You Tube and short-form video
• Educational and entertaining golf content
• Influencer and creator relationships
• Digital advertising
• Email marketing and dealer communications
• SEO and website marketing
• Media and publicity
• Programs designed to drive golfers to KZG dealers
• U.S. and international brand development
• Our new online and remote-sales initiatives
• New marketing ideas we haven't thought of yet

A major focus will be video and social media
.We want to aggressively expand our You Tube and social-media presence with interesting, entertaining and educational content about golf equipment, club fitting, swing characteristics, equipment selection and how the right equipment can make a major difference in a golfer's game.

We don't want someone who simply waits to be told what to post.
We want the person who comes to us and says, “I have an idea.”The OpportunityKZG is a small entrepreneurial company, which means good ideas don't have to pass through five layers of management.
If you have a great idea, we can try it. If it works, we can build on it.We want someone who will become an important part of our team and take increasing ownership of KZG's marketing as we grow.

For the right person, this position could develop into Marketing Manager, Marketing Director or ultimately Head of Marketing
, with responsibility for building a larger marketing team and helping direct the future of the KZG brand.
