Sharp Coronado Hospital ICU is seeking a compassionate RN to join a 7-bed ICU. The role provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families in a state-of-the-art unit, with a focus on patient-centered care and collaboration within a close-knit team.
Required:
CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; 1 year clinical experience or new grad program completion. The unit has a Silver Beacon Award for Excellence and a Planetree Person-Centered Care philosophy guiding practice.
