As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high performance across all operational areas. You oversee legal compliance, cleaning, and compliance structures, and lead the team when the Store Manager is absent to maintain efficient workflows and great guest experiences.

- Support the Store Manager in developing and motivating team members through coaching and training.
- Support initiatives that maintain and improve employee engagement.

- Build and maintain strong guest relationships within the local community.
- Contribute to increasing overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Enforce hygiene, cleaning, health, and safety standards.
- Ensure brand standards and local regulatory requirements are consistently upheld.
- Assist in stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering.
- Support inventory optimization to keep cost of goods sold within targets.
- Support initiatives to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
Assist in achieving financial and non‑financial KPIs. - Monitor performance metrics and report opportunities or risks.
- At least 1 year experience in a leadership position with responsibility for team supervision, daily operations, and opening/closing procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative team culture.
