** Director of Security** , and facility safety - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
+
** Lead safety and security operations:
** Oversee all safety and security functions, including ensuring OSHA compliance, promoting safe work practices, and managing department systems, budgets, and policies.

** Oversee safety training:
** Lead the coordination and administration of safety training programs, including CPR, fire and life safety, workplace violence prevention, and driver training
+
** Ensure property safety:
** Direct security patrols of hotel premises to identify and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions
+
** Lead investigations:
** Oversee inquiries into accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities
+
** Direct emergency responses:
** Lead responses to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and security threats
+
** Liaise with law enforcement:
** Serve as the primary contact for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on security-related matters
+
** Cultivate a high-performing team:
** Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
