Job Title: Motor Pool Dispatcher

Start Date: 1 August 2026 contingent on award

Salary Range: $45,000-$85,000

Clearance: Active SECRET Clearance Required

We are seeking a Transportation Equipment Dispatcher to support the LOGSU-1 Transportation Division with day-to-day dispatching operations for Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

• Schedule and dispatch "C" Pool CESE and MHE for short-term loans to NSW West coast commands.
• Use the Fleet Focus (FA) database to assign, track, and schedule service for inventory equipment.
• Maintain a key locker for a motor pool with approximately 600 assigned vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for damages, safe operating condition, and mileage accumulations.
• Maintain the equipment status board to accurately display fleet readiness.

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must maintain a forklift license.
• Experience utilizing the Fleet Focus (FA) database or similar motor pool management software.
• Must possess an active SECRET security clearance.
