We are currently recruiting for a Controller with experience in all accounting and financial functions for the company, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and effective cash flow management. This role plays a key part in managing construction-specific accounting processes, including job costing, WIP reporting, and project profitability.

  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial statements
  • Oversee general ledger, account reconciliations, and closing processes
  • Monitor job costs, WIP schedules, and project profitability
  • Support project managers with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Manage cash flow, billing (including progress billing and retainage), and collections
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits
  • Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes
  • Supervise accounting staff and coordinate with external partners (auditors, banks, tax advisors)
