Job Title
We are a growing company and need experienced, happy personnel who want to join a successful team. Coding, entering, processing invoices, and reconciling statements. Set up vendors as necessary, ensuring required W-9, insurance, etc. is obtained. Collect Accounts Receivable payments and send out statements monthly. Run weekly and semi-monthly payroll.
Responsibilities- Code & process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile accounts payable statements
- Process payroll
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable experience, preferably from auto industry
- Accounts receivable experience
- Experience processing payroll
- CDK experience is preferred, but not required.
- Understand general accounting rules and guidelines
