Job DescriptionMust work in a confidential manner to ensure confidentiality of employee and project files.
Facilitates the efficient operation of departments by performing a variety of administrative and team-supporting role tasks.
Performs administrative duties and may compose routine correspondence and coordinating activities.
Checks quality of own work.
May assist in coordinating meeting arrangements.
Understands the work scope and integrate priorities for the project.
Understands work priorities and schedules.
May supervise and coordinate the activities of other project support personnel.
Keeps abreast of project and department systems, services relevant to area of responsibility, and project process improvements, procedures, and practices.
Prepares documents, using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other project databases, as needed, to support work activities.
Processes a variety of procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
Assists with maintaining project databases within assigned department and may produce logs and reports.
Assists in gathering information, such as status reports, for project field supervisor(s) and other project personnel as requested.
Implements procedures and may train personnel in area of responsibility, including use of project automated systems.
May review and resolve daily project support tasks on the project.
Assists in collecting and providing information to support records compliance assessments.
Updates, maintains and tracks files within project tracking systems.
Assists in compiling, creating and maintaining project reports as directed by supervisor.
Must be punctual and maintain a dependable level of attendance in accordance to project work rules.
Adheres to all safety procedures.
