Overview

Office Associate (Accounting, Payroll & Onboarding Support)

Zarsky Lumber Co. is hiring a dependable Office Associate to support our Corpus Christi location. This role combines accounts receivable support with payroll/timekeeping checks, onboarding coordination (in partnership with Human Resources), incident documentation, and general office support. Accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through are required.

Key Duties
  • Accounts receivable support (customer account records, documentation, monthly statements)
  • Accounts payable paperwork and invoice support
  • Payroll support: monitor time punches and help keep PTO accurate and consistent
  • New hire onboarding coordination with Human Resources: assist with drug screens/physicals, system entry, and new hire paperwork
  • Incident reporting admin: collect statements, attach photos/docs, upload and organize report materials
  • Order office supplies and complete basic office tracking tasks (including truck tracking)
  • Provide general office coverage as needed
