Administrative Assistant to the VP - Industrial Shop

Corpus Christi, TX (In office – not remote)

Schedule:

40 hours a week plus overtime as needed (7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday)

Pay: $25/hr.

We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of our West Region based in our Corpus Christi shop. This is a fast‑paced, high‑visibility role requiring strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate a complex, high‑volume calendar
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Vice President
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and follow‑ups
  • Act as a point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support special projects and handle a wide variety of administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience (executive‑level preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
