Student Assistant – Department Clerk – Music Pool
The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support to the Music Department.
Position Summary- Continuous recruitment for an applicant pool to fill Student Assistant assignments on an as‑needed basis.
- Applicants remain in the pool for one year; they must reapply to stay.
- The role may involve scheduling temporary assignments as needed.
- Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.
- Ability to read music.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow directions.
- Music major preferred.
- Assist Music Office by running errands, making copies and other duties as assigned.
- Set up chairs and stands for ensembles; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
