Assist students/departments with all aspects of registration process for Continuing Education, Health Care, and Corporate Services.
Job Duties- Assist students/departments with all aspects of registration process for Continuing Education, Health Care, and Corporate Services.
- Greet students/visitors in person and on the phone.
- Help provide routine clerical support and monitor the office/building area cleanliness and maintenance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Six (6) months office/clerical related experience.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional education or technical/specialized training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
