Job Title
The City of Aubergenville is looking for a versatile agent under the responsibility of the Director of School Childhood Service. At the heart of the service, you will coordinate the CLAS, animate the Municipal Council of Children (MCC) and ensure the reception of families at the Unique Counter.
Required ProfileTechnical skills:
- Writing skills:
Ability to write clear and structured administrative and follow-up documents (activity reports, balances, letters, grant dossiers, dashboards).
- Mastery of IT tools:
Regular use of office suite (Drive, bulk mailing) and ideally knowledge of the Ciril (Civil Net Childhood and Finances) business software.
- Sense of organization:
Rigor, versatility and strong reactivity in the face of service improbabilities or emergencies. Relationship skills:
- Team spirit and listening:
Ability to work transversally, accompany the public and defuse conflicts with diplomacy.
- Inter-generational ease:
Ease of communication and creating links with children, families, partners and elected officials. Managerial skills:
- Team animation:
Ability to guide and motivate CLAS staff, to initiate new pedagogical projects and to coordinate their training.
- Group management:
Know how to react with discernment and benevolence in the face of delicate or complex behaviors of children and young people.
