We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team as an Office & Administrative Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

You don't need years of office experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

In this position, you'll help support our daily office operations by assisting tenants, coordinating maintenance work orders, answering phones, and helping keep everything running smoothly. No two days are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety and is always willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities
  • Greet tenants, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Assist tenants with questions and general requests.
  • Receive, track, and coordinate maintenance work orders with our Maintenance Department.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests and provide updates when needed.
  • Maintain organized office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Support the office with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
    .
