This is a CONTINUOUS recruitment for an applicant POOL to fill part-time assignments on an as-needed basis. Departments or Divisions will refer to the POOL of applications on file to fill temporary assignments as the need arises. You will be contacted by the hiring manager should the department/division be interested in scheduling an interview. Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

The purpose of this position is to assist the Math Learning Center with daily operations and to provide clerical support.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using mobile technology and devices

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

Job Duties
  • Monitor the facility for students needing assistance.
  • Maintain inventory of technology, equipment, and books.
  • Assist students with media checkout.
  • Greet and assist students with signing into the facility and ensure proper sign out upon departure.
  • Maintain and stock office and instructional supplies.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Generate visit reports.
  • Market the Math Learning Center.
  • Answer telephone and process mail.
  • Report equipment issues.
  • Maintain an organized and neat facility.
  • Assist the Director and Assistant Instructors with administrative tasks and special projects, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
