Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for departmental, administrative, project-based, or research-related activities as assigned which could include but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of clerical, administrative, operational, and customer service functions.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, document preparation, and information management.
- Support special projects, research initiatives, event coordination, or other assigned tasks.
- Communicate professionally with students, employees, vendors, and the public in person, by phone, or electronically as needed.
- Maintain files, reports, databases, and other records as needed.
- Utilize office technology and software applications to complete assigned work.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on departmental needs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience using computers and standard office equipment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- College coursework or specialized training in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Research, or a related field.
- Previous experience providing administrative, project, research, clerical, or customer service support.
- Experience working with databases, records management systems, or enterprise software applications.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems, processes, and procedures.
