Assistant Logistics Coordinator

Consco Foods USA Inc., a growing importer and distributor of meat, poultry, seafood, and other protein products, is looking for an Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Consco Foods USA Inc. is a division of Consco Foods, a leading protein importer and master distributor based in Montreal, Canada.

Our new Corpus Christi office will be opening shortly
, and this position will support both our logistics operations and the day-to-day administration of the office.

• Assist with coordinating and tracking inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries and follow up on shipment status and delays.
• Maintain shipment records, BOLs, PODs, freight invoices, and other documentation.
• Provide general administrative and office management support.
• Handle basic reception duties, including calls, visitors, mail, and correspondence.
• Assist the team with data entry, filing, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish – required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office systems.
• Previous logistics, transportation, administrative, or office experience is an asset.
• Reliable, proactive, professional, and willing to learn.
