Job Title

Attached to the building manager, you will ensure the management of the vehicle fleet including thermal vehicles, electric vehicles, and leisure motocultors (mowers, blowers, and hedge trimmers, etc.) as well as heavy-duty trucks (15 tons max) by performing maintenance and repairs, or alternatively by service providers.

• Ensure the availability of the fleet:
  Perform preventive and curative maintenance operations (drains, wear checks, fluid updates, repair clutches, timing belts, change mechanical parts, etc.), a bridge at your disposal.
• Master the troubleshooting chain:
  Establish breakdown diagnoses (mechanical and green spaces) with diagnostic computer, order the necessary parts and validate repairs by road tests.
• Manage the service providers:
  Supervise outsourced interventions when the repair cannot be done in the workshop or periodic checks.
• Optimize fleet management:
  Administer mobility means (fuel, vehicle loans) and ensure rigorous follow-up of the fleet on Atal - Administrative management:
  Validation of estimates and invoices, follow-up of vehicle maintenance via the Atal software.

• Ensure the cleanliness and availability of loan vehicles.
• Manage the flow of goods and parts in support of warehousing.
• Work transversally with the warehouse manager (leaves).
• Snow removal (city street and school group infrastructures).

- Technical:
Solid bases in general mechanics and electrical (BS/BE Manoeuvre) desired.

- Safety:
Mastery of hygiene protocols and safety at work standards (HSE).

- Digital:
Mastery of computer tools, collaborative solutions (Google Drive) and business software (e.g., ATAL).

- Know-how:
Operational autonomy, sense of organization, and exemplary punctuality. Confirmed aptitude for teamwork and inter-service collaboration (transversality).

- Working time: 100% (Full time).

- Mobility:
Holder of a B permit, with mastered driving of all types of light vehicles.

- Remuneration:
