Job Details
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year.
Position SummaryAn established, employee‑owned heavy civil contractor is expanding its Texas operations and is adding a Senior Project Manager to support multiple large, complex infrastructure projects. This is a growth‑driven role, not a backfill, with long‑term backlog and visibility into upcoming work.

- Full ownership of major projects from early phases through execution
- Leadership of PMs, superintendents, and project teams
- Direct interaction with owners, engineers, and internal leadership
- Strategic problem‑solving rather than constant fire‑drills
- Ability to influence how work is executed – not just react to it
- Heavy civil, pipeline, plant, or infrastructure construction
- Experience on large‑dollar projects where planning and leadership matter
- Candidates from pipeline, plant, heavy highway, or complex civil environments are all considered
- Technical gaps can be taught – judgment, leadership, and communication cannot
