We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Superintendent to lead our concrete construction operations. This role is critical in ensuring that concrete sections of the project are executed with precision, quality, and efficiency while adhering to schedules and budgets. As a key leader, you will maintain the highest standards of work and safety while overseeing all onsite concrete activities.

• Coordinate with Operations Managers to manage all concrete schedules and operations effectively.
• Communicate daily with the Project Management team to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
• Supervise onsite concrete construction processes to guarantee quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the budget concerning manpower productivity and material costs.
• Organize and schedule field labor to meet project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other subcontractors for efficient project planning and workflow.
• Monitor quality control throughout the concrete construction process.
• Track and report project progress on a daily and weekly basis.
• Accurately capture and report time for field personnel.
• Continuously assess productivity, identifying issues and proposing solutions to avoid delays.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of concrete construction, including footings, walls, flatwork, tilt-up, and paving.
• Understanding of scheduling concrete work in relation to other trades.
• Commitment to a safety-first culture and implementation of safety practices.
• Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with field personnel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, with projects valued over $2 million, especially in tilt-up construction.
• Prior experience as a Concrete Superintendent is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise construction teams while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with management, clients, trades, and subcontractors.
• Skilled in balancing and prioritizing multiple deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a solid grasp of safety practices.
• Proficient with technology and resource management tools.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to travel, or relocate as needed.
• This role requires working on-site at construction locations where you may encounter various conditions including moving parts, heights, and outdoor elements.
• Noise levels can vary from moderate to very loud.
• A motivated, hardworking, team-oriented individual is essential.
