We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to support our growing Corpus Christi operations. This position is ideal for an HVAC professional with a strong combination of project management, estimating, field operations, and customer relationship experience. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of commercial HVAC projects from initial opportunity through project closeout while helping drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational success.

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from estimating through final completion
• Conduct site visits, job walks, and project assessments to develop project scopes and proposals
• Prepare estimates, budgets, proposals, and project schedules
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and project resources
• Monitor project costs, profitability, productivity, and timelines
• Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and closeout activities
• Provide leadership and support to field personnel throughout project execution
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain project success
• Support project turnover and commissioning activities as required

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial HVAC construction experience
• Strong combination of project management and field operations experience
• Proven estimating, proposal development, and project planning capabilities
• Experience managing projects from initial bid through project completion
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, construction methods, and jobsite coordination
• Experience managing project budgets, labor resources, schedules, and profitability
• Ability to support field teams and provide practical project leadership
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software platforms

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work locally in Corpus Christi, Texas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
