Plan, prepare and submit documents for facility minor construction and special projects;
Coordinate with Defense Health Agency and Contracting Agent personnel during construction and accept completed projects for the facilities;
Serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the facilities construction contracts for the Medical Treatment Facility and its Branch Health Clinics;
Direct preparation of maintenance, repair cost estimates, and identify funding sources to include manpower and material costs;
Develop and maintain historical records, which documents costs and classifies work accomplished
