You will run projects out of a branch doing $25M-$30M a year, with 55-60 roofing employees plus estimating and office support behind you. Self-performed crews, not a subcontractor scramble.

The work is varied from commercial reroof, new construction, service and repair across education, government, industrial, healthcare and general commercial. Plenty of repeat clients, so you are not fighting for every job.

Your Role

• Own roofing projects end to end, from pre-construction through closeout
• Build and hold the schedule, budget and resource plan on every job
• Work with estimators, foremen and subs to keep scope moving efficiently
• Get materials and equipment procured and on site on time
• Walk the sites, check progress, solve problems, hold the quality line
• Keep field crews, the office and the client talking to each other
• Run the paperwork properly: RFIs, contracts, change order logs, reports
• Lead project meetings and keep leadership updated

Key Requirements

• 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects, or a strong adjacent commercial construction management background
• Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction process
• Comfortable running several projects at once and hitting dates
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors and field crews
• Able to read blueprints, contracts and technical documents
• Valid driver's license and happy to travel to sites across South Texas
