Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional hours as needed based on project requirements

Position SummaryA leading employer in the industrial construction industry is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management, construction supervision, and field operations. This role assists with coordinating construction and maintenance activities to help ensure projects are completed according to specifications, schedules, drawings, and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support project managers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate change orders, RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and project documentation
- Track project schedules, budgets, labor costs, and equipment usage
- Create and maintain project logs, reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates
- Review drawings and specifications to identify conflicts or design issues
- Assist with subcontractor coordination and issue resolution
- Support invoicing, billing, and budget variance tracking
- Coordinate site visits and vendor qualification visits as needed
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent experience
- Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and industry standards
- Understanding of how construction and project teams interact across multiple functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work effectively with project stakeholders
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software
- Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or capital projects
- Prior project coordination experience within industrial construction environments
- Experience supporting subcontractor management and project controls
- Exposure to document control, scheduling, cost tracking, or project accounting functions
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and change order processes
Compensation: $21-$31/hour.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
