Role Description

The Pile Driver role is a full-time, on-site position based in Corpus Christi, TX. This role is responsible for operating pile driving equipment to install foundations and structural supports for marine and industrial construction projects, following project plans and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and inspecting equipment, aligning and positioning piles, driving piles to specified depths, and assisting with rigging, lifting, and material handling activities.

The Pile Driver collaborates closely with site supervisors, equipment operators, and crew members to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The role may also involve basic equipment maintenance, participation in safety meetings, and occasional support for related construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Ability to safely operate and work around trucks and heavy equipment; experience with Truck Driving is beneficial.
  • Valid CDL Class A license or the ability to obtain one is preferred for transporting equipment and materials.
  • Strong Communication skills to coordinate with crew members, supervisors, and other onsite personnel.
  • Customer Service mindset to represent SR Trident professionally with clients and partners.
  • Prior experience in pile driving, marine construction, or industrial construction strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic rigging practices, hand and power tools, and construction site safety standards.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certifications in construction or equipment operation are a plus.
  • Commitment to safety, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial environment.
