Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a remote team of Customer Engagement Representatives to deliver exceptional customer support and drive sales through consultative approaches Monitor support quality, productivity, and sales outcomes while facilitating team meetings focused on customer experience excellence Handle customer escalations and implement training programs to enhance customer support and experience
Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in customer support or people leadership, preferably in a remote setting BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience; professional certification may be preferred Advanced understanding of customer support workflows and remote team management Proficiency in call center leadership, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools Experience in consultative service practices to enhance team performance and customer experience
