Customer Service Representative

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals! In this role, you will use your strategic selling skills and in-depth knowledge of company services to build relationships with our customers. This is a great role for those who are self-starting and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm, and half days on Saturday's.

Responsibilities

* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and inquiries submitted online

* Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability and customer specifications

* Input information in to internal software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves; comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements

* Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns

* Prepare all move-related paperwork and documents

* All other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in a related field is preferred

* At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience + the understanding of the selling process; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK or moving industry experience is valuable

* Excellent customer relations skills: effective listening and communication

* Creative problem solving abilities

* Exceptional organization + time management skills; can adjust priorities as needed

* Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale

* Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities

* Basic computer/keyboarding skills

* Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values

* Bilingual is a plus

* Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
