Service Desk Manager (Corpus Christi, TX)
This role supports the organization’s operations by managing the service desk. You will provide excellent customer service, handle inbound and outbound calls, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet persons entering the organization.
- Direct persons to the correct department or individual.
- Identify service queries and log issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Maintain service desk logs and documentation.
