Member Services Representative

Location:

Corpus Christi (Annaville), TX 11330 Leopard St, Corpus Christi, TX , United States of America.

Pay: $10.50–$10.75 per hour.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front‑desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, guiding prospective members on tours, signing up new members, calculating rates and monthly payment amounts, and assisting the Club Manager with drawer counts.
• Facilitate updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally; elevate issues to Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.
• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness, completing daily assigned tasks, priority cleaning lists, walk‑around and bathroom checks, and special cleaning projects.
• Perform other duties as required by club needs.

• Must be 18years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer‑service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for fitness and health.
• Exceptional customer‑service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and coworkers, exceeding expectations.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrates diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
