Integral Care's Call Center is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, consumers, and providers. The Customer Care Specialist will provide information about services, schedule appointments, and link callers with appropriate service providers.
They will also verify insurance and facilitate initial payment requests with a focus on trauma-informed customer care. We seek a bilingual Spanish speaker for a full-time position in Texas, with a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
