The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to students with technical issues as well as check outs and returns of laptops and calculators.

• Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Good clerical skills to include answering phones, filing, and general data entry.
• Strong customer service background.
• Ability to relate to students from all academic levels.

• Provide assistance to students with computer issues.
• Assist with loaner program helping students check in/out laptops and calculators for academic use.
• Ensure computer lab is clean and in order for students to utilize this support service.
• Contribute to a friendly and productive learning environment.
• Complete updates on all laptops.
• Answer Phones And Provide Information About Check Out Requests.
• Data entry on the TRC Contract for checking out equipment.
