Richter Architects is seeking an experienced

Project Architect/Project Managerto join our Corpus Christi team. Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    Lead and execute all stages of complex architectural projects, from programming to construction documents and construction administration.
  • Government Compliance:
    Implement government agency requirements and guidelines.
  • Effective Communication:
    Document, track, and distribute project communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Client Relationships:
    Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Statewide Travel:
    Be available for travel across the state as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    A minimum of8-10 yearsin project management within architecture or engineering.
  • Self-Driven: A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
  • Professional License:
    Professional architectural license in Texas preferred. Eligibility for reciprocity also considered.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred. Bachelor’s degree in engineering also considered.
  • Sustainability: LEED accreditation and sustainable design experience a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and collaborative software.
  • Construction Savvy:
    Well-versed in construction technology, specifications, and construction administration.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Government Projects:
    Experience with government projects is a plus.
  • Background Check:
    Must be able to pass a federal government background check.
