Coordinator of Admissions Processing

* Provide front-line assistance by answering phones and responding to student, parent, and campus partner inquiries related to undergraduate admissions processing.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Two (2) years of related experience.
* Additional education may be considered as substitution for the minimum experience requirement:  + Master’s degree
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and databases.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner through various methods, such as person, telephone and email.
* Attention to detail.

Self-motivated and self-directed.
* Experience with Target X
* Experience in admissions, student recruiting, or college relations.
* Experience with Banner Student Information System, Laserfiche, and Argos.
* Demonstrated aptitude for people management, with experience mentoring and leading teams.
* Bilingual in Spanish.
* Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) or Optional Retirement Plan (ORP)
